“Carl came out to do a second opinion after another company came out for an annual tune-up.   The other company said a capacitor on the board was burned out and the A/C would not work.   This was when it was 90 degrees outside and the A/C had been running successfully all summer. So puzzling. Carl tested all the functions and found the capacitor was just fine and the burned-out part of the board was just dirty. Did a thorough inspection and found everything working fine. Saved us $1300 that the other company wanted to fix the alleged problem. His 32 years of experience saved us a lot of money. Would highly recommend.”
